Anita, Wheni posted the info on salt water flushes, I added in some of the author's feelings on enema's. He is against them. (enema's) SO many natural docs differ on their feeling on this topic. But, anyway he says that the salt water flushes are easier on the body than enema's and produce the same cleansing effect. I know alot of people that will nOT do enemas that do the salt flushes. Im sure its ok to do liverflushes too at a differnt time. Love-
