TO MIchelle. Multiple chemical sensitivies

Hey there , Hope you can get to the root of your MCS, it is

a drag!!! One thing I did when I had that real bad, was I called

this guy my sister knew, who cleans carpet, and everything, with

envirnmentally safe products! He told me he has been in business for

15 years, and uses only envirnmentally safe products. Low and

behold, his ex-wife has FMS. Anyway, he was a bit pricey(but worth

it, and did a great job), but he cleaned all my carpets, my couch,

and my mattress ect. At the time when I needed this, it helped alot.

The carpets that were very old, were ripped up and had wood floor

underneath, so that was kept, as is. You should look around in the

yellow pages and see if there is someone in your area who cleans

with these envirnmentally safe products. Get your rugs and couches

cleaned. They are out there. This may help get some of the dust

mites or chemicals cleaned up that are around your environment. I

washed all my curtins in hot water, with FREE AND CLEAR detergent. I

only wash my clothes with FREE AND CLEAR detergent. You can get it

from the supermarket, or from a healthfood store(that is more

expensive though)I do not have the MCS like before, but am just

sensitive to perfumes and some cleaning chemicals. But I know what

it is like to be trapped in the same environment for 6 months,

because everything made me so sick. When I had MCS really bad, no

problem telling people i know that there perfume or colone stinks

and makes me sick!!! LOL. I told them to please not wear any around

me, I have allergys. Alot of people have not heard of MCS. I cannot

tolerate cigerette smoke either! I have no problem telling people

that stinks either! LOL That always killed me though.I never smoked,

and worked in a bar for 10 yrs, and hated for all of those 10 too!!

It made me cough and choke back then too! Do you smoke?

Unfortuantaly, my boyfriend smokes, but he limits smoking to the

kitchen area in his house, and is considerate. Anyway , I am

babbling, hope these tips can help you. Getting the implants out and

DETXOING heavily really helped me to get rid of those MCS. I am here
