Hey Vickie,

It's a very easy flush to do and a good one I think. Take 2

teaspoons of uniodized sea salt and add to 2 cups of water, stir,

then drink down. It takes about 30 minutes for me to take effect,

then wow, you will eliminate. If you're sensitive to salt, I would

be a little cautious. I did swell a little in my fingers, but it

was gone by the next day.
