Guest guest
I was wondering what percentage of patients come for follow-up at 5 years at other programs. I read in my COE information that there is a goal to have 75% of patients following-up at 5 years. How stringent are they with this guideline? I did a rough query of our database and I think we were at ~20%- obviously no where near 75%. Thanks in advance for any insight.
Guest guest
, We also were not at 75% when we passed our COE audit. We just showed our improvement in f/u rates over the preceding years and our plan for how we could further improve those rates (goals set over the next several years). >>> .D.Letendre@... 04/09/08 1:40 PM >>> I was wondering what percentage of patients come for follow-up at 5 years at other programs.
