Guest guest
Dear Robb, Calcium is not absorbed unless Vitamin D (stored in the liver) is available, and a small amount of boron (stored in the kidneys...good source...apples). So ingesting a large amount means nothing if these other cofactors are not present. The one I suggested comes with the Vitamin D already in it. Lugol's iodine is a good choice for candida. Best of health! I've had it running in my room now for about 3 hours....I've been in the room for that entire time and when I went down the stairs just a short while ago, I had greatly reduced pain in my knees and ankles!...I've been suffering from horrible rheumatoid-like symptoms for about 3 years now.........I believe it is mostly due to candida but no one really knows what is wrong with me.......can anyone tell me about the do's and don'ts of breathing ozone?.....how much is good?.....I really think it is helping already......after a few short hours.....I have high hopes that after some prolonged exposures overnight, that it may vastly improve my health.....any advice is GREATLY appreciated...Robb _________________________________________________________________ Add photos to your messages with MSN 8. Guest guest
Does anyone have a source that I can share with my surgeon - he wants to know the difference between absorption rates for citrate vs. carbonate in RNY patients. TIA! Theresa
