Guest guest
I agree with you about the salines. For me, I am at a loss. My health regime prior to implantation was not as good as 's, but I was pretty healthy, ate Ok, etc, very energetic. I sailed through 2 c-sections with very little setbback, but I started reacting to the implants on day 4. I know two other patients like me, one who started a reaction the next day and other girl a month later. The girl who had the reaction the next day was an avid weightlifter, ate well, etc. So I am still clueless about this mess. I can only figure some women can not handle them at all. Or perhaps we are allergic to the heavy metals in them. I try not to dwell on this too much, but I was at the library with my girls this week, and my leg and foot went numb and there I am flopping it all over the place, trying not to be conspicious, lol. What's so ironic is all I ever wanted was to look ok in a swimsuit and not be embarrassed when I took them swimming. Now I'm afraid to take them swimming without another adult because of my darned leg. I am still hopeful though of recovery, I kind of see the glass as half full instead of half empty, so I'll always be hopeful of recovery. It could be worse, right? I could be dead, and I really thought I wasn't going to make it, heck, I know I was dying, I am sure about that. love, :)Beth
