I randomly chose Jeanne for this question- topic wise, but I figured you'd be the clinical leader regardless!! Please see if there are resources for answering this question.

Is tube feeding contraindicated for a vented patient in a "proning bed"- used in ICU for aiding in positioning /oxygenation? Please assume gut finction.

I though perhaps at minimum a trophic feeding/low rate- any feedback from the group?

We utilize TPN if nutrition support is needed on a patient with a rotoprone bed

due to the increased risk of aspiration.
