Guest guest
I don't know if you can see this, http://www.qvc.com/asp/frameset.asp?class=1214, but that's some of the mineral makeup that supposedly you can sleep in. Very interesting. > Beth, > If you are talking about the kind of makeup that you put all over your face to even out the color, then that is certainly true...I would be very careful about putting too much of that stuff on my face. I myself do not use that kind of makeup, although I do use mascara, eye liner and blush as well as lipstick, and try to keep it to a minimum. I have reacted to my eyeliner with swollen and red eyelids at times, so when that happens, I have to stop for a few days. I've also reacted to changed brands. > > I've heard it said, " only put on your face what you would put in your mouth. " It's hard to live by, but probably a good rule of thumb. I've changed many of my skin care habits as a result. There are many, many excellent and natural things you can use on your skin, that you can get at the grocery store produce section! And it's way cheaper than expensive department store stuff. > > There are some excellent makeup products at the health food store as well. I've bought only a few, can't remember brands, but they are out there. > Patty >
