Guest guest
Hi Pam! I'm playing catch up too! I'm glad you're enjoying the bike. I enjoy my speed walking--it's my sanity from stress!!!!!!!!!!!! Hugs, LMPam <nannapam3103@...> wrote: I sure hope it is. I had a terrible flare last week and was out of commission for about 3 days. I was so miserable! But, that was the first real flare I've had in a while. I've felt bad here and there, but nothing like that. I know I'm almost there!I think one thing that has truly helped me soooo much, is riding my bike. (Stationary of course!) When I ride in the morning, I feel good all day. When I don't, I don't. That simple! When I ride, I sweat like crazy and it feels so good! I'm up to about 35 minutes and 9 & 1/2 miles! It's taken months to get to this point though. I started with 10 minutes and 1 - 2 miles and increased by 10% each week.Anyway, it's something that has helped me and may help someone else who can't workout like some of us (! ) It's easier on my body than running or jogging or lifting weights. I use a "thera-band" which is just a big rubber band - to exercise my arms while I ride.I hope you get the burst too Kathy. It really feels good. I feel like my old self!Love ya!Pam> > Hey everyone, I am back! Just wanted to tell you that I took a > > little break from the computer.
