Guest guest
Hey , Yes, she told me to continue with my fast. Interestingly after the fast I have not had the wacky beats return, so I'm just not going to worry about them. I have been very sick though and am just getting back online. I think I told you about the numbness, actually it happened on Tuesday, and I really thought I was going to meet my maker. It's only been that bad a couple of times and has been getting further apart with the more severe symptoms. But I am frustrated, I want a neurological diagnosis, so hopefully I will get this referral soon and see someone fresh. For so long I thought I wanted to change healthcare providers, have been so angry. But I really need to think this out thoroughly, as aggrevated as I get with my HMO, I only pay $20 to see specialists or get tests done. With a 80/20 PPO, I'm afraid my costs could be much higher, so I have a lot to think about during renewal time. hugs, Beth >

Guest guest
It sure is interesting how different we all heal that is for sure. I got over my neuro stuff faster than my achey pains that is for sure. The pain has been the biggest issue for me after explant, the fogginess was the WORSE thing I had and that went away for me, really quickly, I attribute it to working out, although I do not know for sure. All I know is that it went away. The pain was and is another issue as I have said I think I do have osteoarthritis pretty bad in my one knee(old injury) and now in my fingers, (runs in my family) but it goes away after I get up and get moving. Did you all know that osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis are all on the rise in the US? i was reading about it last night at work. Anyhow it really is something that I feel I am going to be dealing with as I age. I know for sure that working out keeps me going and feeling good. But I do get some acheys that suck. I always prayed to god if he would just get the neuro stuff to go away I would and could live with some pain, looks like that is about what I got. I mean I don't have fibro pain anymore, just a slight stiff acheness. I think my neuro stuff was gone in about a year, so dont get too frustrated yet! hang in there beth things will likely improve. hugs In , " JOSEPH PALANCA " <juliejp61@m...> wrote: >
