Sleepy/ falling asleep after meals

I have a patient who is ~6 months s/p RYGBP and reporting getting

sleepy to the point of needing to go to sleep, following all meals. It

doesn't matter what she eats. I remember seeing this before, either on

this list serve or somewhere else. Have any of your patients

experienced this and can anyone give advice? Thank you.
