KATHY/PATTY: salt water flush

Kathy and Patty,

You had mentioned the salt water flush. It was incredible. I was

afraid to try it, but no problem at all. I had mild nausea for

about an hour and eliminated on and off for 1 1/2 hours. The

elimination ended with clear water coming out. I have never felt my

colon to be so clean and it is so easy to do. Just make sure you

use sea salt that doesn't contain iodine. I will warn you, I had

mild swelling in my fingers but it went away over night. My husband

felt so good after doing it, he made me give the mixture to him the

next day.
