Guest guest
Unfortunately I don't think there is much out there that really helps the neurological symptoms go away but time and working out. At least I am pretty sure that is what got that to go away for me, i had the neuro stuff pretty bad but not the numbness tingly stuff that long like you. I had the brain stuff bad though and that was the worse stuff for me. I think the B12 shots weekly, lots of grass fed meat, Fatty Fish, Organic chicken and working out working out and more working out, tons of fresh water, that was what helped my head the most. I am not talking about little work outs either, I am talking serious workouts, like 2 1/2 hours of just working out till I could not go one more minute, sweat soaked and just kept on drinking that water. I would give myself a nice big vit B12 shot in the arm in my bicep and that I am sure helped sinec it is one of the things that really made a difference for me. I cannot swear to it of course, because it could have been a coincidence. Anyhow cannot hurt to try it. Are you afraid of needles? I have two bottle of unopened B12 injectable that you can only get wtih a script if you want one I can send it to you. Email me and let me know if you are interested. It is fresh and you can read the bottle of the one from Canadaif you want to see it.
