Guest guest
- Beth I am not sure what the exact definition of palpatations are. What I had were pvc's. that stands for premature ventricular contractions. When I got sick I was having hundreds every day---verified by a 24 ekg. My heart rate was up to 135bpm just doing normal walking around the mall. Like your cardiologist, mine said it was probably nothing to worry about. Right. I couldn't do anything and had to quit my job. IT drove me crazy. This went on for months. Then I sstarted the antibiotic therapy and they got much better within days. The explant also helped. NOw I only get them when I detox. So I think yoiu can feel pretty sure yours are not dangerous either since so many of us have had them and your doc isn't concerned. I am glad you are doing so well with the clay baths. Can you tell me what form of clay you decided to use? I think they are great but limit mine due to the extreme herx I can get from the detox effect. Let us know how you like your sauna. I am excited for you!! I think you did great for your first try at fasting. If you are starving there is no since in pushing it. Dr. jordin Rubin says that even a fast that is from dinner one evening until like late afternoon the next day is useful. There is nothing wrong with starting slow and building up. I think that gives you more confidence too to try a longer fast next time.
