Ann I realy think that quality progesterone really can change your life. It has for me, and almost everyone I told about it. I will get that, is it a cassette or a tape or book? I'm behind on this one! it is so sad, that he passed. He really was on a mission. You are a lot like me...nipple issues, perkiness, implants, hormones, ha ha . People think I'm crazy about hormones! I have forced that book on so many people, I have three of the same ones now. But really, everything about women's bodies are based on the functioning of our hormones, energy, mood, brain cycles, menstrual cycles, cancers, wellness, hell- life, having a baby is dependant on it! Gee! We ARE a lot alike, aren't we? I'm so glad you've done your homework on the natural stuff and are into Dr Lee's information/research. What a loss! I'm so sorry he passed away. , if you don't have a copy of "Graveyards Are Full Of Women" by Dr Lee, PLEASE get one. HormoneProfile sent me one free with my order and it is WONDERFUL! I had never heard Dr Lee speak before. He was one SUPER speaker! Every woman and every husband should listen to this tape (it's a cassette). It is an eye/ear opener!!! If you're in your 20s now, wait til you hit the 40s and 50s.....the doctors will likely be really giving you a hard time for not going conventional on HRT. After the most recent statistics, they're still pushing them at me (I'm 53). I think a lot of women don't benefit from the natural progesterone because they don't get quality cream/lotion. I read all labels and make sure of what I'm getting. Bet you do that too!!! There are a lot of so-called progesterone creams out there that are not from the wild yam, or are mixed with other undesireable chemicals, or are too weak, to where you have to use a bunch to get any results, if at all. Amen, Sister! That's a cassette tape I got free from HormoneProfile.com when I got some estriol vaginal cream from them. It's probably available from Dr Lee's website (johnleemd.com?). If you have trouble finding a copy, Virginia Hopkins could fix you up. She's taken over his newsletter and site, I think. If I had a dual cassette player I'd send you a copy, but I don't have one anymore. You will be in awe, seriously. He covers stuff like Fosamax, also, which stepped on my mom's toes, HARD.
