No i never did try RX strenght but with my periods getting so light

lately I am not sure I would want to right now. I am afraid I would

not get any period at all, and although that sounds good in a way hee

hee, I am not sure it would be healthy. I am 40 and the average age

of menopause in my family is 52 or 53 so I am not sure if I could be

going into an early menopause or what, but since my hair stopped

falling out I am not too focused on my hormones right now.

I am letting things go and just trying to eat a balanced diet, as of

the last week and a half I have been really bad, not enough protein

to be sure, just to sick to get it all in. I really may have to start

on some shakes since I am not able to tolerate much in the way of

solids at the moment.
