Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 I have a petient that came to my office yesterday and was needing to find ways to increase her PRO intake w/o eating any meat proucts- she is already using a protein supplement and protein powder and is sick of cottage cheese, eggs and yogurt.
