Dimonds,

I am sorry dear girl that your still plagued with the hair loss

thing, and no I don't think it is vain at all. I do recall though

that you have had allot of time where you have been extremely

underweight and thin, I have to wonder and am only kind of thinking

out loud if there is anything to my theories about your possibly

being malnurished or just not absorping nutrients i.e. protien. I

know this all started when you were not detoxing and not on meds,

most likely I doubt the xanax is the cause as your taking such small

amounts. I do wonder though again about the absorption. I know I have

absorption issues and wonder what the deal is and how many others

have this too. For me I know I do not absorb calcium because when I

take it I end up with these funky little cysts or bone spurs that go

away when I stop the supplements, so i wonder about my bones, either

I am getting enough through my diet or else I am possibly going to

end up with osteoporosis, hopefully all my wieght lifting will save

me from that heeheee. Other wise I really don't have any ideas for

you but if I was you I would for the time being stop the serious

fasting and stuff and try to really eat allot of healthy serious

protein foods. Get some good fats in there, try to even put on some

wieght, see if that helps. Get some salmon and fatty fish in your

diet, take some coconut oil in some smoothies and try to get as much

protein and other omegas in to your life rather than starving.

Remember that while there are allot of mixed views on detoxing,

fasting is no matter what anyone says, depriving your body of some

minerals and vitamins that you def do need girl.

So that would be my advice, and hell you don't have to take it. If

you feel your fasts make you feel that much better than I guess that

is your choice, I am throwing ideas out there that I think are worthy

of examining, but not gospel and I don't get hurt feelings if others

don't agree with me. I just personally feel that it would be a good

idea to keep your body on an even keep with food for a good solid 3-6

month period with NO FASTING PERIOD. Keep those nutrients going on in

your system, what the hell you don't have anything to lose except

more hair at this point and I think that fasting really can be

detrimental to things like hair and skin and nails. I mean it cannot

hurt to try it. See how it goes. But I think it is something that

your gonna have to put time and energy into. if at the end of say 6

months things are not any better, then heck go back into the detox

fast mode and at least you know you gave it a shot.

I know that hair is a rapidly growing cell that requires nutrients to

grow and survive, so if you want to put that hair first for ahwile

that would be my advice,

again though, I won't be upset or hurt if anyone and everyone tells

me I am full of bull. I just know that my hair is going really good

right now and that up till this last week I was doing a pretty darn

good healthy protein vitamin enriched diet. I don't mean supplements

either, I mean real food, real fish and real chicken, meat etc. If

you don't like steak and can't choke it down that sucks, cuase beef

is higher in protein and B vitamins than just about any other thing

out there. You could do some B 12 shots to supplement but again I

feel strongly that the real thing from the real food source could do

you a lot of good. Your diet is pretty restricitive and I would also

recomend trying to get some really good for you carbs in there. Can

you tolerate any whole grains or are you allergic?

what about products on your hair? I have been using some different

stuff that I can tell you all about if your interesting that I find

have been beneficial too, and they are not that nioxin stuff. I

started thinking I was losing more hair with that stuff than before,

maybe it is a scam or maybe I am losing my mind, hee hee, who knows.

anyhow sweetie i would love to help anyway i can.

but like I said, it is only really me bouncing some ideas of you, no

one said you have to take my advice, I just worry that your

absoprtion may be key to your hair loss.

hugs and kisses

I believe Dimonds will be OK. I will do my damnedest to get her to a good doctor and see her through this. I think her case is treatable. CTE usually is.
