Guest guest
Hi Judy, Check out the blueberry almond and oatmeal chocolate chip flavors of wheat-free Zing bars (www.zingbars.com), created by 4 Seattle RDs. Each bar has 10-13 grams of protein (whey, not soy), healthy fats and low glycemic organic agave as the sweetener...so no dumping syndrome or BG crash. The next flavor will be Cranberry Orange, made w/ real cranberries, rice protein (vegan but high protein) and cashew butter. There are peanuts in the plant but good manufacturing practices are used so that they are totally segregated from other ingredients. Not sure if your pt has an intolerance or severe allergy. Your pts can order online...and RDs qualify for wholesale prices if they're interested in selling or consuming themselves. Hope that helps! > > Hello: > Does anyone know of a protein bar that is peanut free?
