Guest guest
Here's a brand new You Tube video I just put up tonight. It's very rudimentary, showing only a few steps of a long process, but I wanted to show that it's really quite a beautiful thing when you do everything TOP NOTCH. These scenes are from last weekend when I was making my latest batch of NATURAL FREE-RANGE PORK SAUSAGE! EVEN BETTER NEWS.... I made this great sausage for my family, friends and EVERYONE HERE. This limited edition batch came from a whole boar I bought from Mom's dairy. I ground only the best meat from the entire hog, hams, loin everything into this incredible sausage. All the spices were mixed by me from scratch and there's not one smidgen of any chemical, MSG, BHA, BHT, Nitrites, Nuthin! I added some of my fresh 100% Berkshire Omega 3 fat to make them juicy! Everything is government inspected and created in a great little meat plant down by Gibbon, MN. Here's what's for sale starting tomorrow..... BREAKFAST LINKS- Mild and all natural, !# packages (about 10 links). BREAKFAST SAUSAGE- Mild and ready to patty or fry up as a loose sausage MILD BRATS- A fabulous spice blend that allows you to taste the delicious flavor of the boar. All the brats are 6 to a package, which works out to about 1.5# per package. SPICY BRATS- These have a lot more flavor of the herbs and they go good mit kraut! HOT BRATS- These have plenty of pepper and other hot herbs so they are more like HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE---These can be fried and put into PIZZA, PASTA, SOUPS or SANDWICHES! MIX 'N MATCH-- only $5/pound or $4/pound if you get 10 pounds or more! I've only got 300# total and when it's gone it's gone. Be sure to come get here early. It will be in the freezer in the garage, self serve, and on the honor system. Measure out the weight, multiply by $4 and prepare to have some FANTASTIC EATING. This is truly TRADITIONAL FOOD!
