My GYN says that that is perfectly normal. I have no cyst or fibroids so he says that light 2-3 peroids are Gods gift to me. By the way, my GYN is Farr Nezhat. He perfected laprocospic surgery for fibroid and cyst removal without having to have hysterectomy...he was Time Magazines man of the year twice.
