Reminder...

All give you three main options for receiving the messages

1) ON THE WEB- this is called " no e-mails " and there aren't. This is the one I

recommend.

You bookmark the home page and just go there to read the messages in order. This

is where

all the files, databases and other items can be found.

2) Digest E-mail- I've never done this one but for some people it works to get

all the

messages once a day.

3) E-Mail direct. The posts come on to your mail program as they are posted. You

can set

your program to accept them in a SEPARATE INBOX so they are stacked there, in

order, and

you can read them at your leisure at the end of the day.

TO RESET YOUR CHOICE go to your member profile and select the option that works

best for

you. You can always change it any time you want.
