are you able to work out at all? Walking, jogging, weights or

swimming? I believe firmly that working out is one way that helps

clean our bodies better than any dieting ever can!

god bless you

hang in there

to what to do about this?? I have been detoxing for two years and

can't beleive that my blood is in such bad shape. I am very

discouraged. I quit my job also because I think I have been exposed

to harmful chemicals there also. U'm feeling very depressed about all

of this. Can't seem to turn the corner.

Hi ,

Yes i can work out. I have been walking about two miles a day but I think I will

try to do more aerobic exercise like riding a bike or aerobics class. I did read

that exercise will bring down the fibrin levels.

Thanks for your concern.

Love

Walking is a great way to get started, if you can aerobics or any

other stuff like biking that would be even better. I also encourage

women who are able, to do stregnth training, it is really important

as we age to have muscle tone and to stregnthen our bones.

you go girl!

hugs
