Okay, we have been aggressively repositioning Jenna for about 1 1/2 weeks

now, maybe 2. I think it is looking better. Her head is not perfect, but I

think it is improving. I do not let her look to the right anymore at all! I

figure it took us 2 months to get it out of shape, it will take time to get

it back in shape. She will be 13 weeks tomorrow, so maybe we caught this on

time??? Has anyone else had luck with repositioning? I'll probably look at

her head tomorrow and think it is worse then ever, ha ha. I drive myself

nuts.

We have been aggressively positioning Hanna for 2 1/2 months. If you

look at her pix in files you can see her head is pretty bad. Those

pictures are 1 1/2 months old, and her head still looks pretty much

the same (possibly a LITTLE rounder on the " point " ). I must admit,

though, she has always been a stubborn little bugger and positioning

her has been difficult. *I can't wake up 10 times a night to go turn

her head!!!* If positioning is helping for you, I think that's GREAT!

I had always layed Jenna on her right side from the day we brought her home

from the hospital. I nurse her and she has always preferred my left side,

which makes her lay on the right, plus she always turns her head to the right

when in her swing, bouncy seat, or laying flat on her back. Because of all

this, her right side is flater and slightly higher on top of her head. Now,

I lay her to sleep on her left side, feed her more on my right side, and prop

her with the mini boppy pillow so she can't turn her head to the right. She

doesn't seem to mind the repositioning as much now. The first week or so was

a bear.

If you go to the website and look under Files there is a picture of Jenna

with her boppy around her neck. I got mine at The Right Start store, but I

think Babies R Us has them too.

I can't find "mini bop" here either, but it is a "u" shaped pillow designed

to hold up your chills head say, when he/she is in the car seat sleeping

and their poor little head is drooping to their knees!!

I've seen them at toys-r-us, and similar items in the car-care section at Wal-Mart/Kmart for travelers to use around their necks. I don't know if the size would work out, though.
