Guest guest
I have been studying nutrition for several years now and would like to do something with all this knowledge (and the extra energy that comes from eating well). I saw some formal nutrition education programs advertised in Wise Traditions. Does anyone know anything about NT-friendly nutrition degrees? Should I get a regular degree as a dietitian or nutritionist or would the classes in low fat eating drive me crazy? What kind of credentials should I get if I want to start teaching some classes locally? I know I could start doing some cooking and fermentation classes right now. I also want to give nutrition talks and want people to take me seriously. I appreciate any advice. Thanks also to everyone who suggested things I could make for my monthly potlucks. Thanks, Steph ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Looking for last minute shopping deals? Guest guest
Hi Steph, I would contact Jennette , a local nutritionist who supports Weston Price ideas. She teaches at various co-ops and some in her own home. She is very smart and lots of fun. Her website is: www.jennette-turner.com Anne --- http://USFamily.Net/dialup.html - $8.25/mo! -- http://www.usfamily.net/dsl.html - $19.99/mo! ---
