Gluten sensitivity/sprue

We are evaluating our first patient with gluten sensitivity. Diagnosed

by biopsy and positive antibodies. She wants a bypass and has not been

following a gluten free diet because she has no " overt symptoms. "

I will be evaluating pt soon and would be interested in your advice

(questions to ask, pitfalls to avoid) and your suggestions for protein

supplements, vitamin/mineral supplements and anything else someone with

more experience than I can offer.
