Guest guest
I think it would be helpful to call the Law Offices of M. Frailich at: 818-223-9064. While I have not retained him personally, I have talked to Mr. Frailich and he seems to be extremely experienced having worked for years for implant victims. I have also talked to his secretary extensively and she has been extremely helpful. His website is: breastimplantlawyers.com. Click on M. Frailich. Hope this is helpful. I am still too sick to work. Does anyone know if I qualify for any other settlements; I know I signed a waiver of some type but lost the paperwork. Does anyone know of what tests I could have done (there's many tests and I can't pay for them but want to know a few of the most important ones that would prove I am affected. My symptoms: Headache, almost always have constant low grade headache, or pain radiating to head from back and neck. Have a weird spacey feeling in head, can't explain. Muscle pain in back, take muscle relaxers just so I can get up because of severe back spasm. Crawling sensations going up body and in head. Shakiness, twitching, chills (feel fluish), heart palpitations, short of breath, trembling hands, sometimes I feel little sharp pains shooting up my body.Brain fog, can't concentrate or remember what I am doing or did hours before. Dizziness, run into things from loss of balance, can't handle noise, small noises cause strong startle response. Can't handle people talking to me because I can't follow what they are saying and I feel overshelmed. Cold when it is warm outside, especially cold hands and feet. Stomach: Nausea, digestive problems. Chronic bladder infections.
