What do you mean 'caved in?' You've been on pain killers for that many days? How was the surgery itself? Who did you go to? Any of the ps that people have recommended. I'm going for my explant this week -- 20 year old silicone implants. I'm so scared!!!! Did you have a lot of rupture? Kate
