Guest guest
We use klean kantine metal bottles. You can get them online or Seward Coop has metal larger bottles also. They have the sports bottle tops. We love them, we all use them including my 18 month daughter. -----Original Message----- From: Carol Frisk <carolfrisk@...> Subj: How can our kids drink our water? I thought that was the good kind and that the Eddie Bauer ones were safe?? I can not allow my 5 year old to take a glass water bottle with her to soccer practice? Any suggestions as to what to do? Guest guest
There are a few options: Sigg bottles (coated aluminum, made in Switzerland) http://www.mysigg.com/ (available online, REI, www.theecstore.com, KleanKanteen (stainless steel, made in China) http://www.kleankanteen.com/ (available online, Whole Foods, etc.) and for younger drinkers (soft sippy-cup style mouthpiece or nippples) Born Free BPA-free plastic (made in the good ole USA) http://www.newbornfree.com/ (available at Whole Foods, online, etc.) They also make glass baby bottles. We have all three, haven't had the heart to chuck my husband's old Nalgene bottles, though we haven't used them in over a year. Perhaps I can use them to store buttons and sewing notions! ; ) HTH, Genie > > Ugh.
