VITAMIN AND MINERAL GUIDELINES

I am creating a powerpoint presentation for some students and want to include a spreadsheet that compares the white papers guidelines and ADA's guidelines

for vitamins and minerals on several of the surgeries

does someone have this info on hand that they can send me?

i did print off the list provided from the nutrition care manual but it doesnt seem complete and it doesnt separate the AGB, RYGB and BPD/DS (which is what i want)

any help would be appreciated
