The package that we had was a test run by a different processor so the WFC Board

could taste it. The new processor understands that Whole Farm Coop does not

want those additives in product for their customers. I am cooking hot italian

sausage [with the specific spices all listed] from WFC's new processor for

lunch. Since I am from New York state I am looking forward to a welcome taste

treat.
