Guest guest
There will be 'drain holes?' I'm getting them out tomorrow -- I am SO uncomfortable with these drains - can't wait. I feel them under my skin -- and I see a bump from them in my chest above the ace wrap. I hate this.....I really don't think I will look - it also 'feels' strange in that area. When the dr. changed my dressing the other day I got chills - it feels so strange to have someone touch that whole area. Oh my gosh - I can't even imagine a sports bra -- it feels like there is nothing to put into a sports bra. Thank you so much for your words -- this has really helped me. I want to believe that I will like them a month or two from now -- I really do. It just feels like I had a masectomy and there will be nothing. What about the lift scars? Will that be awful as well?? Guest guest
Kate, yeah for me, their were little holes were the drains were, but those soon went away. Although, they stayed red for some time. As for your scars, mine are almost invisible to the naked eye, two years later. Its not that bad. I didn't have al lollipop lift, all I had was a crease scar. But, Kate it will fade. I used alternating vitamin E and merderma on the scars after they healed up. Merderma is kind of expensive, but WORTH every penny. Remember, you will look much better, Id say 10 times better in about -4 months than you do now. I know, its pretty scary, just try to hang in there, and remind yourself, that it will get much better, I promise. You are past the worst part. Love, Re: Explant - There will be 'drain holes?' Guest guest
Ok so you did have a lift by Dr Feng, they will be noticable for awhile, i think if you again, look at my pics they will help you allot, since we had the same doc and same lift I am asuming that they will look really similiar. I used mederma for my scars, and they got lighter and lighter till i could hardly see them at all, at first they will def be red and you won't like them. But they will be light soon and then you will be so happy to have perky breasts, like a teenager. so much better than implants. Can I ask you a few personal questions? You don't have to answer but it will help me to know, how old are you? How long and what type implant did you have? What size were you before implants and what size with? Also did you gain wieght since you got implants. all those things can really affect how you look. hugs In , PACCOAST@a... wrote: > There will be 'drain holes?' Guest guest
TOTALLY NORMAL and then I was not very happy because Dr Feng wanted to take pictures of my breasts after she took the drains out and I did not want to do that at all, but I was leaving the next day for San Francisco and had no choice, so I am glad now that we did because I have those pics to compare, they are up here on the site, my 7 days after pics are fresh and about as bad as they ever looked, I look at them now and think gosh it was not as bad as I thought. you can see the drain holes too. it gets better. I know it won't feel that way for a bit but it does. if your skinny like me they will be smaller, if you have gained some lbs like a lot of ladies, you may be very surprised at how they look, that really makes a difference for alot of ladies. hugs In , PACCOAST@a... wrote: > Did you avoid looking at yourself - in the beginning???
