KATHY, I never have a problem burping at all. And with this , I just do. I cant keep it down, yuck! Its def a problem for me, but most can tolerate it. I have no problems with flax ever, or coconut. Maybe its my metabolic type? Love julie

Katy,

Yes I burped from the other brand that he gave me in the beginning.

That is why he changed it to this new stuff I'm taking. Have not

burped since. Hope this will work for you to.
