Hi. I sure hope my progesterone works on me. Does your doc in Indiana recommend estrogen or estriol (bioidentical) supplementation for pre-menopausal young females if they have regular periods? I have regular periods and my estrogen is only high at ovulation, the rest of the month it's so-so in the normal range.

Are you on estriol? I've heard it's good for hair growth and keeping skin young. Any comments on this?

Hugs,

You know Marie, I was never placed on any estrogen as I was estrogen dominant. I'm sorry, I am only on progesterone. I wish I could help you on this one. I will throw a blessing though! I hope the progesterone helps your hair loss as it did mine. (as well as joint pain and energy and fogginess ) Love julie

Thanks !

My endo claims that I don't need estrogen either--just the progesterone for PMS. I'm trying it in a couple of days. I hope it helps the PMS and regrow hair.My endo said nothing about progesterone regrowing hair.
