so you keep adding hot water and you use glass jars..right..plastic jars in

hot water would not be a good thing, that would be like plastic in the

microwave! and then you do like 12 hours. I think I will try this next

batch. how does it turn out? creamy? drinkable? firm? would love to hear!

Kathy-Jo,

Yes, I use glass 1/2 gallon canning jars. I put them in a water bath in a

very large stock pot and put that stock pot in a large soft sided cooler.

Yes, I keep adding hot water. I have to add it more often in the first few

hours, then after that, maybe once or twice more.

It turns out about medium thickness. The cream on top is of course very

creamy (since it is cream and all...)
