Guest guest
Hey Terry!! How are you? Patty I have some sauna info in this post. Ok, I have had the EMG and the Nerve Conduction Study, all of which were normal. I have had the run of strange neuro. symptoms including the numbness and tingling, sensations of bugs crawling in my hair and skin, vision jumping, twitches in my arms and legs, odd sleep disturbances where I actually start dreaming right before I fall asleep, talk about weird!! You would think I'm on drugs or something and I only take vitamins and birth control pills(yes I know they are not healthy but I absolutely CANNOT carry another baby, doctors orders). Thanks for your comments on not mentioning implants, I will do that unless he asks for list of surgeries, then I feel I should include that, but won't go into it. The detoxing is ok. I'm afraid I've fallen off the wagon a time or two with food. I'm the only one in the family who eats healthy, and I have to work on the kids. I purchased Dr Natura colon cleanse, which I am excited about doing. I did the lemonade fast for a day, but that's when the neuro stuff actually got worse, so I think I'll wait on that one again. Maybe I stirred up something? I ordered a really inexpensive electric light infrared sauna and it is very promising! The author says you can detox from chemicals and heavy metals primarily from the sauna. It takes every day for about a year to three years, depending on your toxicity. Supposedly the sauna is a " yang " type of detox method, according to him, and toxins respond really well to it. He wasn't that big on veggie juicing, maybe because of sugar content. He said that was a " yin " detox and wasn't as affective in his opinion. Anyway, I guess he's biased and he's had more positive experiences with the sauna than anything else. It takes a buildup of 30-60 minutes per day, broken into two sessions if necessary. According to him, toxins come in layers and you have to release each layer. The hair analysis will change quarterly based on the toxin release. He doesn't think you need to take any special vitamins for this, just kelp tablets and teaspoon of sea salt to replentish lost minerals. I purchased an inexpensive unit for $268 which is an electric infrared light, like Dr Mercola uses. The manufactured units are really nice, and I would love to have one, but you don't have to go that route to get the same effect. Patty, you will love this. He doesn't recommend exercising before using the sauna, 30 minutes of walking at the most. He has several paragraphs dedicated to this. I'm not saying don't exercise, he said you don't have to with the sauna. It's something about the organs and exercise and how toxins are released. I can find it for you if you are interested. I think 's method works well for her and I definitely want to add some equipment for my overall wellbeing. hugs, Beth --- In , " dimonds68 " <Dimonds6881@h...> wrote: > Hello Beth, How have you been feeling?
