Just Plain Scared

Hi Ladies! I'm new here and need some comforting I guess you can

say. Anyway, I of course have implants-saline smooth by Mentor. I

was 24 years old when I had them implanted and now am 30 years old.

I started getting wierd symptoms nine months after having them but

was also pregnant too. I have noticed my symptoms are not the same

as most of you which in one is a bummer b/c maybe I am just sick

from something else. Basically, I have vision problems everyday. I

see bright flashes of light that last from 1-15 minutes everyday

throughout the day since getting them implanted nine months later.

I have had extensive bloodwork done and everything had come back

normal. I was diagnosed with having MS b/c I do have multiple brain

lesions, but has then been ruled out through a spinal tap and an VEP

test. They do not know why I have these lesions on my brain. I get

tingling and numbing sensations throughout my body all the time. I

can't think clearly and forget words. I have fatique, but then

again I don't sleep well. I am irritable and am becoming

depressed. I did have one doctor say that I could be having

migraine/strokes and he feels it could be from the implants. Can

you believe that? I'm confused I just don't see how implants can

cause this. Anyway I have been praying alot about getting them

explanted and feel as though God is leading me in this direction. I

decided on Dr. Melmed in Texas. The only thing is, is that I was

completely flat-chested before the implants, now I will be so ugly.

Oh well, I did this to myself and this is the price I am paying for

it. If only the doctor would have told me all the risks and what

goes into getting them taking out when it comes time too. Anyone

else out there heard of women with brain lesions, if so please let
