Guest guest
mentioned Cod Liver oil . . . I'm learning that, with our modern diet, we don't get enough Omega-3 fatty acids . . . It would be a good idea for everyone to take 2 teaspoons of Cod Liver Oil a day . . . TV did a piece on children and learning yesterday. They got a measurable increase in children's intelligence by giving them Omega-3 oils daily. One child's change was dramatic. . . Helps memory too! Just be sure to get good quality stuff (liquid, not capsules)! And keep it refigerated after opening. . . Good quality oil costs more, but it's worth it! They flavor it so it tastes OK.
