Drink lemon water or if desperate, straight lemon juice

to dissolve the calcium oxylate stones quicker.

Usually works in a couple days, but relief can be

much quicker.

I understand there is a controversy regarding whether stones are

already present in the liver and gallbladder, or if they form during

the flush (which also wouldn't be normal). I can't remember which side

my naturopath takes, but either way, he recommends doing the flushes

until no more stones come out. What say you about all this?
