Achievling and maintaining an ideal body weight is always about TF components

1) Set a goal that is YOUR healthy weight (not Richie!)

2) Don't eat sugar, excess booze, dessert, or carbohydrates (they trigger

insulin)

3) Everything you eat needs to be full-fat and high brix (guaranteeing full

minerals)

4) Find and use the stress reduction tool that works best for you

5) Exercise is essential. At least 30 minutes a day
