Today's answer...grass-fed liver and onions!

We have all felt a bit like a cold is coming on. My oldest daughter

says that strep throat is going around at school.

Dr. Natasha McBride (of the GAP diet) says that when you wake

up feeling under the weather, you should saute some onion in a high

quality fat (I used a mixture of ghee and coconut oil this morning).

Lunch is a Natural Ovens bagel (a treat in my house) with cream cheese

and leftover wild salmon.

We will snack on organic tangerines.

I think I'll make some chicken soup for dinner. I have had great

success recently using saved free-range chicken fat to make matzo balls.
