Well, my sauna arrived yesterday, and it's just so cute. I have to

put it together, and I'm so excited. He sent a 125 page sauna

manual that explains detox, sauna and heavy metal poisoning in great

detail. I am reading it today at lunch, it is so informative!! It

looks like an 8 month treatment to a year for successful heavy metal

and chemical detox, so I realize this just takes time to get better.
