This is the detox diet I did for 9months faithfully. I modify it

now. Hope this helps you get a basis on how to detox. Again, I am

not a Dr., this is just what helped me, and what I did. Good Luck!

Breakfast PICK ONE OPTION FROM BELOW: 1. Fresh Fruit(up to one

pound)Use of varietys of fruits from meal to meal. CAn be followed

with 2oz. of raw nuts after one hour.

OR 2. Fresh Vegagtable juice (8-12oz) Can be followed by 4oz. of

raw nuts.

OR 3. Whole Grains(4oz.dry weight) Can use brown rice millet,

buckwheat, with soy milk. Can find these grains in a health food

store.

LUNCH: Eat in this order: 1. Fresh Vegatable Juice(8-12oz)

2. Large green salad, consist of romaine, cucumbers, celery,

ect. also some steamed veggies if you like. Use a variety of

veggies. Eat as much as you like, without over eating.

THEN PICK ONE FROM BELOW:

.Raw nuts(either amonds, Brazil, pecans, sunflower seeds,

cashews,all should be NON salted)

OR whole grains with legumes

OR Lentils, lima beans, or chick peas

OR 7 grain sprouted bread with Avacado, lettuce or tomatoe.

The same Menu is for dinner as for lunch, except for dinner you

can have either Fish, chicken, or Turkey(6oz) with your salad and

juice. Make sure you steam, broil or bake your foods. Onion and

garlic are good for add too! And good for you.

Just a note: I now modify the diet, eating either chicken, fish

or Turkey with my LUNCH AND DINNER. DO not drink caffine,or have any

sugars. I drink herbal teas or bottled water(distilled is the best

for detoxing, but very pricey)Organic foods are best, but pricey(I

don't use organic foods now). ***For salad dressing use cold pressed

olive oil over your salads, and squeeze some lemon over it(add some

garlic or onion powder for flavor). OR use all natural Annies

Dressings(are pricey, but can be found in Healthfood stores, and now

some Supermarkets) Hope this helps give you an idea for a start.

Hugs to you TERRY
