Guest guest
--- Hello . I have done alot of detoxing over the last 5 years. You do not have to fast to detox. Just by doing a certain diet can help you detox, as well as taking certain supplmenents. I will post the diet I have done to detox. It is the 'basic' detox diet. Also, go to the Files section to the left of this site, and you will see a section on detox methods/therapys. Hope this helps. I will post the diet that I have done to help me detox. That can be a good start. Of course I am not a Dr. so I cannot tell you that this is right for you, but it helped me detox. Just my own personal experience. Also, a book I would highly reccommned: It is called Juicing for Life. The authors are: Cherie Calbom and Maureen Keane. It has some really good detox diets(and tips) and different ways of eating to detox. It also reccommends what fresh juices to add to your diet for different health problems. You can go to www.amazon.com and search for this book. It will give you the option to buy it new or used. YOu can buy it USED for CHEAP. I got my friend the book used from there, and it cost me $2.00 plus shipping. Hope this helps.
