I've never had a virus. I follow very simple rules: Never open an attachment with a .exe, .bat, .com, or .dll file extension. Never use the virus magnet known as Outlook Express. Use a no-nonsense email client that is not .html friendly. Download for free: Eudora Lite or Pegasus OR, download Forte Agent or The Bat and pay the $30 for the key. There are many others, but I've only tried these. Agent is my favorite. I just found myself wondering if Os were more susceptible to computer viruses.
