Hi Doc,ICD 10 is a big change and will impact DCs thoroughly.  Best advice is to get educated about what the changes will mean and what you need to know and start doing NOW to get ready.

Hello ChuckThanks for passing this on.So I guess my question is this:  The codes we DC's currently use are pretty straight foward.  Unlike many MD codes that reflect more complicated procedures and/or ongoing changes in protocol and updated precedures and rules.

Do you have any sense about the basic treatment codes we use changing in any significant way?  What's the word.  Or is the whole ICD10 thing not really going to impact us much??Ann DC
