Dear colleagues, Also please see attached. The Oregon Chiropractic Association has huge bipartisan support for this Joint Memorial which represents marching orders to the Portland VA Medical Director to implement what Congress instructed the VA to do by law 10-years ago in 2002. To provide all veterans with chiropractic services. The Portland VA Medical Center has yet to hire a full time chiropractic physician, we wish to open the teaching hospital to 4th year UWS interns and to make chiropractic services readily available in the VA’s outpatient clinics and DC clinics as well. Senators Merkely and Wyden are in support as our Congressmen Schrader and Blumenauer and the Governor’s office…….we will hand deliver this Joint Memorial at a meeting with all the political minds at the meeting…… Vern Saboe
