" Australian researchers recently found that insomniacs who popped a daily supplement of 50mg-100mg. of niacin spent 25% longer in REM sleep-the most rejuvenating phase of slumber. What's more, this vitamin -also known as B3- cut the likelihood of their waking up in the middle of the night by 43%. " Maybe this could help some of you.
