Guest guest Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Good morning, ListmatesRegence BC/BS Fed Employees (FEP) just sent an EOB that refused to pay for Kinesiotape Strapping coded 29240 (for shoulder).Their reason: "057--SERVICE IS OUTSIDE THE PROVIDER'S SCOPE OF LICENSURE."Everyone else pays for it without any questions.
