Low blood pressure /Syncopal episodes help

Hello one and all,I know chiropractic can help with treating high blood pressure, but what can we do for LOW blood pressure and fainting episodes.A little background.13 y.o. female having 1-2 episodes of fainting annually since about 18 mos-2 y.o. Worse when she is sick. And seems to occur when sitting to standing (at least the last episode happened that way)MD check for epilepsy inconclusive and tilt table test dropped her BP to 28/54 without passing out.Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
